Pros
Great company culture, opportunities for advancement, direct communication with all leadership levels, open door policy, regular feedback, great benefits and incentives, pay is really decent, work/life balance is the best I've experienced! They really care about the people first, then business! Also, you are not bound to the position you are in. There are opportunities to move internally after a period of time.
Cons
Some managers are all talking, some do not do what they say they will, implementation of changes sometimes comes down so fast that it can be disruptive and the way promotions happen sometimes is very unfair.
