You will get overtime and remote

Cons

No work/life balance. Too many cases to manage and will need to stay over work hours to stay within service levels without getting paid overtime. Upper management plays favorites

Pros

Great people and culture! Fully remote work environment and all around fantastic place to be.

Cons

Salaries are on the lower side of the norm for equivalent roles. Vacation benefits are outdated.

Pros

Working from home. The benefits were great when initially hired but are terrible now that AmeriLife has purchased Crump.

Cons

The company has been sold 3 times in the last two years, benefits declined, pay is below average. Transparency in anything is nonexistent. Don’t dare to be great at your job or you will be rewarded with more work and getting to do other people’s job also. I will add AmeriLife to the crap list as they are the top contributor in Crump going downhill.
