-You can thrive if you deal with change and ambiguity well -Things are being sorted out right now but the long-term is bright and feels good with the backing of some bigger companies like Warner -A place where there still is fun too
Cons
-Ambiguity can be hard -While big company backing is a pro it can also get in the way at times from a true startup feel.
