Pros
The company cares about the employees. Had some serious personal/health related issues over the years, the company was VERY supportive. Anime is great, and most of the employees are anime fans, so it's very cool to interact with. Great company benefits.
Cons
Per say, not the best pay, but it's somewhat covered by the benefits and culture.
