They really care about helping people. The employees are considerate and helpful. They care about their employees They have competitive salaries

None that I can think of

*NHSC FQHC qualifying site to fulfill commitment *The trauma bonds & friendships you'll form with other physicians once you break free of the place.

*Poor leadership *Predominately mid level driven, lots of supervision duties without compensation. Mid level providers allowed to act as though they have authority over your practice. Laughable admin. *Little to no autonomy over your schedule or practice. *Inequitable treatment among providers *If you're a minority, microaggressions abound. Shameful given the demographic you will serve & the diversity of staff at face value. *Little meaningful support for physicians.
