Late working hours on some days

- Founder has a clear long term vision - Flexible working style and time - Space given to share your own ideas and implementations - Growing organically - No wokeism, each to their own as long as there is harmony

- Hard for someone to stay long enough to be a part of the company's greater vision, at least for me in my circumstance, but there is growth for early employees (even new) - The research/internal projects are much cooler but not everyone can work on it, if you get the opportunity then good for you
