Pros
Good pay. Fair to mid-line benefits. Hard working employees that work together to get the job done. You work 12 on for 2 days and then 12 off. A constant non rotation of schedule. Therefore if you are on nights...you remain on nights till you can transfer to days.
Cons
While I worked there for eight years, the company went through a lot of change and diversity. Going from a team managed, and organized work environment with little to no backing by management to a work place that is run and overlooked by separate cells of management each running their own individual departments with very little communication.
