First of all, it is totally target based company, where the management squeezes a person's capacity to extract work from them without even recognizing them. The team Leaders always try to find fault with the employees working under him/her. Once we fail to achieve our monthly target for about two to three months the management itself makes the employees to quit the organization which is the worst part.The salaries are also not getting credited on time. On the whole they treat employees like slaves and school students where we have to strictly abide to company's each and every rule and regulation.
