Pros
Crystal D isn't a, "Job", it's a lifestyle. The management coaches us to live and work with integrity and respect, and they walk the walk. Everybody that works here works hard, and plays hard. We not only get-along as coworkers, we're friends, and we support each other in our careers and in life. They offer continuing education on the products and processes we offer, encourage us when we do well, and teach us how to do better when we are incorrect. The Management here gives you the tools to prosper, whether it's a sit-to-stand desk, classes in Microsoft Office, or Money-Management coaching.
Cons
There is a very distinct culture here of positivity and being a, "Go-Getter", and some hires do not make it long term. One of the downsides of having a company with so much integrity and heart at it's core, is the disappointment you feel when a new team-member doesn't fit the culture.
