Poor culture, working environment and ignorant Upper management - Senior Engineer Crystal Delta Employee Review

Not sure where to start. - Poor business strategy, no insights on how to be a product company. - No respect to people at all, management just do what they want. - Most of all, the current management is a total useless, doesn't have any meaningful responsibilities in the company. But shows themselves off like they are the one taking care of the company. - HR department is a joke/puppets. - Really great engineers left the company because of the silly, crappy politics. - The management just creates new problems everyday just to show off that they solved it, - Management completely ignores other real gems in the company, which is another big mistake. TBH, CD has/had really great engineers and people managers, but because the politics executed by management, they are all suffering and leaving/left the company. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, even to my enemy. P.S: Do not believe the other reviews, they are rigged by HR team.
