Cons
If you hate job security and ethics, then this is the place for you! If they find anything at all that they don't like about you, they will "eliminate" your position and rehire for it under a different title. If you bring up their ongoing violations of government regulations and their own company policies, they'll find a reason to get rid of you or will simply "eliminate" you. It's happened to more than I can count, it doesn't matter how great you're doing or how minuscule the reason. They recently "eliminated" a new girl because an HR rep found out that one of her friends needed a job, and, of course, the friend was hired under a similar, but different title. In short, if you work hard and do what's right, you'll quickly become unemployed. Honest and hardworking employees beware.
