Pros
You are treated like family and have good benefits. They pay a little above market which helps associate morale and loyalty. I have enjoyed those I work with. The property managers are top notch professionals! They encourage thinking outside of the box and the freedom to try new things. The associates usually like their jobs which helps keep the properties clean and guest service high.
Cons
Their home office marketing is very poor. They are slow in updating their hotels. They need to decide if they are going to grow or get out of the business. You can't have good rewards programs with 9 hotels. That's what the traveling public looks for.
