Crystal had some of the most skilled and experienced people in event tech. Friendly, family-centric culture and decisions often made with best intentions.
Cons
The business had the wrong focus at a vital time of transition in the industry. Leadership prioritised incorrectly and ultimately paid the price by key people leaving. Generally think the directors failed to appreciate the value of the team they inherited following a merger.
