      Opportunities to be creative & entrepreneurial. It is a small team, so you will get to lead projects at a young age.

      Cons

      Constantly penny-pinching and heaping on multiple functions / markets to maximise & over-work staff. Sees staff as expense & never an asset. Very negative, unprofessional attitude when staff choose to leave. Do NOT work there for more than 1 year, or you will stagnate.
