Exciting Brand - Operations Manager Crystalbrook Collection Employee Review

Great team, beautiful venue, and an excellent company to work for. The company genuinely values its employees and invests in staff development, career progression, and opportunities for growth across all of its properties. The staff Green Room is a great perk as well, fully equipped with appliances, two TVs, and stocked daily with food, fresh bread, drinks, cookies, crackers, and ice blocks. Management are supportive, approachable, and encourage employees to grow and progress within the company.

No car parks onsite but its understandable as the venue needs to provide parks to the guest. There is plenty of parking externally so its not that bad.

Not much positive to say

- Always understaffed - Management can't lead and is scared of conflict - VERY tight budget - Low Pay, therefore run by backpackers
