Pros
Many very talented and friendly people that work very hard to create great games with small ressource and little time. Ability to work on latest technology, like new consoles or Virtual reality headset. Quickly ship games, like climb and Robinson. Good place for beginner programmers and artists to get experience in development and build portfolio.
Cons
Money to employees has been late for last 7 months, sometimes just a few days, sometimes weeks. Money for October will not be paid until sometime early December, so around 5 weeks late! Very bad communication from management, with always more excuses and lying about when money will be paid. Every month is "last month, and then we are back to normal", have heard this since beginning August. Because of this, lots of people are leaving, ususally mostly experienced and talented ones.
