Pros

- From my experience, the company puts its employees first, and this is not something easy to find. This reason alone is enough for me to stay over another job. - Flexible working hours, a lot of freedom in general. - Possibility to work from home. - Great support from some of your colleagues, there are some really amazing people.

Cons

- Sometimes, getting things done is bottle necked by colleagues that don't reply for whatever reason, or that keep procrastinating. - At times no one will own responsibility for mistakes, there will be a "blame the other team" game and in the end customers will pay for it. - It has happened in the past that salaries were late, and most of all it was communicated to the teams pretty late even if known in advance. To be fair it has not happened for a while now.

Pros

They are a "fly by the seat of your pants" kind of studio. This is a bit of a double edged sword but it allows you to do some fun and creative stuff.

Cons

- Doesn't always pay employees (Blames employees for not managing money properly) - All significant talent has left and they are just riding on their previous notoriety - A sinking ship
