      Swedish culture is very inclusive with great people. Great products and market leaders in their field with lots of variety to projects.

      Pros

      They manufacture a very good product that their customers love. The compensation is reasonable. There are many hard working and good people employed there trying to make the company a success.

      Cons

      There are many changes happening all of the time without plans on how to complete them. The managers do not communicate well with the people working for them, so there is not understanding of the complication involved when processes change or are deleted. Too much money is wasted on things that are not important.
