Negative Review - Implementation Engineer CtrlS Datacenter Employee Review

1st of all its a Reddy’s company and Reddy felling is too much. Those who has the surname Reddy will be heaven for them rest for all is just Zero. No carrier growth, no opportunity, no job security(any time they can fire) and in the name of variable pay 😜😜, you will never get 100% ever. If you are good at work, u have to serve 90 days notice, if you weak at work you will get relieve with-in 30 days. Internal politic is just horrible and team movement is basic of how good boot licker is. At last I can bet 99% of ex-employ will give negative rating about this company.
