      Pay is great and people are recognized for their efforts. There is lots of autonomy to try new approaches and be creative. Managers show they care. The company is growing and the direction the company is going in is very positive and exciting.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment with high performing teams. If you aren't interested in this, then this may not be the place for you.
