      The whole team is great and you get to work directly with several partners. The invest greatly in training sessions. There are several programs to improve flexibility.

      Long hours and you have to be always available.

      Pros

      Extremely interesting clients and matters. Intellectual challenges everyday. Very good networking opportunities.

      Cons

      24/7 dedication and a compensation that is not really compensating the lack of work-life balance. Office politics are everywhere and have a direct impact on promotions. Each department works differently, so depending on the managers and the colleagues you have you may find yourself at home or you may hate it.
