      Good starting pay Flexible schedule Direct Managers seem to be fair and honest Benefit package is pretty good Immediately given a fair amount of freedom and choice in how you want to conduct your day to day activities

      Not a lot of potential for growth within the Loss Prevention Department The annual raises are mostly just cost of living increases A few steps behind technology wise
