      Decent pay, Easy job, Busy on weekends.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed. I tried to ask for shifts 6 hours or shorter on weekends because I'm still in school and have chronic joint pain. They said it wouldn't be an issue, but next week I checked the schedule and they scheduled me for two back-to-back 8-hour shifts.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
