Cons

- As customer care, it can be emotionally stressful to deal with the merchants (the company's clients) over the phone.

Really can't think of positive things working on this company

Cons

Overwork, no structure, no team, you are the whole development team (dev, qa, support, documentation) Low pay, no bonuses and allowances Management sometimes shames employees and fire them or cut their contract short when they voice out their grievances
