It is worth working here, nowadays, in my opinion.
Cons
Increasing ownership and accountability, breaking any silos as scaling company, opening and using more feedback properly, improving organizational aspects as growing, optimising meetings and efficiency/productivity, empowering people more to grow and develop their skills, creating solid training & development plans. This is logical to happen, needs specific attention and care to evolve.
