Pros

nice office and on-site gym, growing business

Cons

low pay, you are a pawn, schedule changes with mandatory OT and changes prevent from having a life cause you don't get 2 consecutive days off, you work weekends, holidays and nights cause they dont have enough agents, scheduling is a nightmare and you are switched from sales to customer service when they are understaffed which affects your own personal numbers, hangups are against you, lack of available location is against you, management is terrible, they are cold with fist pounding director, the only perk is working from home - sometimes- when it's convenient for management but systems from home seldom work then you are required to drive in immediately and also replace your own equiptment with no reimbursement and if you don't like it then leave attitude, moral is way down, negative atmosphere, RUN don't walk from this place!

Pros

Paid Vacation Time. Paid Sick Time.

Cons

Everything else about the job from the location to the people was just awful. I was even assaulted at work by a drunk belligerent customer and was fired for defending myself. This company is a joke who constantly asks for more from their employees and offer nothing. 3% yearly raise maximum while prices for everything increase from 6%-9% on a yearly basis. This is not a career path, this is just another stepping stone you should step off as soon as you can find something better. If there is zero loyalty to your employees why should they have any loyalty for their employers?
