Unfortunately, the management was quite poor. The HR team appeared to act more as spokespeople for the CEO rather than supporting employees. The CEO would join daily meetings and publicly scold employees, often interfering in every matter—including individual salary components. There was no work-life balance, which made the environment very challenging.
