Thank you for your comments and I am sorry to learn that was your experience. We try to be much more than ‘just another corporation’ and we work hard to foster a sense of belonging for employees. We regularly receive great feedback from our team on the positive culture in the Company. Notwithstanding this, we are continuously reviewing our employee benefits and have recently enhanced them to reflect the fact that the company is continuing to grow rapidly. Some of those benefits include increased annual leave, dedicated time off for personal appointments, flexible working hours, Employee Share Option Scheme and access to a range of free employee well-being activities. We have also provided well-being gift days off to support employee well-being and we will continue to do so, following the positive feedback we have received on that initiative. We continue to listen to our employees and aim to provide what they want from us, as a responsible and caring employer. Lots of opportunities in this smaller company which is a leader in a significant long-term growth vector for the automotive technology sector, with substantial opportunities for innovation, recurring revenue, and ecosystem expansion." Working with cutting edge technologies and smart, energetic co-workers. Company tries to respect work life balance and gives generous vacation. Weekly company wide catch up communication meetings.

Cons

Health insurance options for family dependents are lacking.
