Pros

Great compensation on par with market standards. Great market growth opportunity with a great product suite and interesting market launches coming up. Brilliant people in teams across. Great office vibe, facility and frequent events.

Cons

There is too much emphasis and compulsion around working from the office often, even for employees with long commutes. This reflects a lack of trust in employees and creates an unspoken expectation around optics, which seems to matter significantly to senior leadership. While a few work-from-home days are allowed, the culture of having to ask for permission feels restrictive. Since I joined, I have been repeatedly told not to take work-from-home days on Mondays and Fridays due to concerns about people misusing them to extend weekends. From all this, there is little confidence that any request for additional work from days would be honoured, even when all work deliverables are being met, and there is genuine difficulty in travelling to the office often. Overall, it feels less like a modern corporate environment and more like a high school with disciplinary rules, which feels very out of place in 2025.

Working with cutting edge technologies and smart, energetic co-workers. Company tries to respect work life balance and gives generous vacation. Weekly company wide catch up communication meetings.
