Learning - If you're lucky enough to be on those top level projects. 6. Well furnished office. 7. Efficient Admin - Clean washrooms, working ACs, Microwaves, Dispensers and Refrigerator. 8. No Dress Code Policy - Employees can come in almost whatever they like.
Cons
1. No Extra Benefits - They claim to provide medical and Eobi but neither they provide any insurance card nor any Eobi number. 2. No Performance Bonuses - Appreciations are limited to certificates only 3. Bad Retention Policy - 2 month long notice period and annual bond renewal. 4. Unfair PF policy - Employee's contribution is 2.5% and employer's is 5% 5. Low Annual Increments - Except a few cases usually under 12% 6. Micromanagment - HR is always busy in checking who is doing what and ignoring their primary duties. 7. No learning activities or training sessions.
