Fantastic support from not only the managers but the team members. We hire great culture fits and everyone here seems to want to be a part of the big picture: Helping us offer the best member experience possible to those that have our health benefits. People want to help and are motivated to help!
Great benefits, really inexpensive and good coverage for medical, dental and even vision (the vision benefits are even better this year than last year!)
Cons
I wish there was more development for people wanting to go in different directions. Like a mentor program or something similiar to broaden skills and prepare you for new titles at the organization.
