Pros

Interesting variety of clients, small and friendly team, weekly team lunches, team outings throughout the year, WFH Fridays, great insurance and PTO benefits, supportive management, nice office in Eastown

Cons

Can be fast-paced which is only a con if that exhausts, rather than energizes, you. When a deadline needs to be met, the whole team comes together to make it happen.

Pros

The people - Cull is a small shop (only 12 people) so it's a great fit for those who want to develop strong relationships with coworkers. Commitment to innovation - it's encouraged to be up on the latest trends in the marketing and advertising world. There's no fear of technology here. Organization - even though it's a small group, there are well-defined processes for everything, and open communication to ask questions or try to do something a different way. Transparency - everyone stands up every day to talk about what he/she is doing so priorities can be assessed. Flexibility - as long as work gets done and people know how to reach you, no one will make you punch a clock. Location - Eastown. I don't need to say more here!

Cons

Sometimes needy clients and tight deadlines, but you'll find that in any agency setting. Because we're small, no one is necessarily an expert on any area or client. If you need someone to hold your hand and show you how to do everything or give you days of training, you'll not do well here. But if you have a "you can always Google that" attitude, you'll fit right in.
