Severe case of founder's syndrome - if you aren't part of the legacy group you will essentially be ignored. The company has grown so fast however this has not translated into how head office operates. If you are a new hire your opinions and expertise will be ignored over that of the long-term employees'. Even if you were hired to utilise your specialised knowledge in an area, you will have to fight to be heard and will still be cast aside if this does not align with their opinion. The company has lost a significant amount of talent this year due to this very reason.
Poor management goes unnoticed, there is no system in place for escalation. Managers clearly have biases towards certain employees and are inconsistent with how they treat other employees.
Stunted growth - no real opportunity to grow or develop skills. Incredibly stifling micromanagement from managers.
Painfully slow and inefficient - expect to spend the vast majority of your time chasing other people for feedback and/or a response.
Communication between teams is poor and often the reason why issues arise.
