Pros

The overall atmosphere was energetic and optimistic about the company's mission.

Cons

Management was incompetent, plain and simple. They were NEVER clear about what your objectives were and they constantly made you feel like you were doing a terrible job, regardless of any praise you would receive from their clients. Furthermore, they expected you to do tasks which either belonged to other people and weren't part of your job description, or tasks that you weren't trained to do. The subject matter was remarkably interesting; the higher-ups and politics of the company, however, were less than unremarkable.

Pros

The mission drives what happens here. You get to work with a lot of super smart people all over the world engaged in very interesting work.

Cons

Dealing with round the clock time zones can be tiring. There's a lot of policy for such a small company.

Pros

Some people are friendly and out going.

Cons

If you make it past the application process which is grueling. Do to the hour long personality test( this can be later used against you). You find out that you company issued laptop is set up incorrectly. Management changes their minds on everything, this happens on a daily basis. I saw employees being great at their positions one day then the next they knew nothing and were useless. The company does not practice what it teaches in the least bit. Management definitely needs to change. Take warning from the other reviews on here they are accurate. Not even worth the 1 star rating
