Pros
Discounts on food were very good. When working you can get half off anything not on a special and when you're not working it will be 25% off. You can usually sneak a fry or a scoop of custard here and there. Depending on who you work with, it will be bearable.
Cons
The GM was awful. She was not consistent with how she ran the place. Not to mention she had it in for me. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't the best employee, but I was far from the worst. She didn't have the patience to train me, I was banished to do janitorial work for most of my time spent there. The work gets old real fast, I felt trapped. I was also abused and lied to. I was on the receiving end of a very cruel joke. But that wasn't even the worst part. I would say the worst part was the hours. I was part time, but my idea of part time is 20 - 32 hours a week. I would MAYBE get 10 hours a week if I was lucky. One time I got paid $40 and that was bi-weekly. Even for a first job that is utterly unacceptable. Might as well beg for money on the street at that rate. Keep in mind that Culver's are franchised so each restarunt is run different. The one I was at was terrible. I hated working there.
