      Pros

      It's pretty easy, just watching screens and dropping food in oil. When there's a rush, time flies by. 50% discount on food during or after a shift.

      Cons

      Bosses do not want you learning too much because it means you get paid more. Franchise owners are cheap as hell

      Pros

      Tim Newkirk was a wonderful and fair boss. Morning staff was responsible, upbeat, and had good team ethics. Vikki my manger always had my back. The BEST regular customers! Flexible schedules

      Cons

      Night crew, is far less responsible. Occasionally rude coworkers, but that’s life.

      Pros

      Culver's met me where I'm at and wanted me to succeed however I could. They really focus on outlining your career path and helping you reach those heights. Whether you wanted to work for the summer or someday own your own franchise, they were always ready to make sure I had a plan to achieve that goal.

      Cons

      The cons only came from the people, never the company itself. I always felt valued by the systems set in place.
