Hostile Work Environment - Quality Inspector Cummins Aerospace Employee Review

Small company with lots of potential to learn many aspects of the industry. Very smart and professional people working there. Most people go there to perform not to waist their or the Company's time.

Minimum benefits. Lack of training. Lack of leadership. Lack of motivation. People work there because they're earning a living, not because they're part of a cause.

Pay is good, but thats about it.

Cummings Aerospace is a terrible place to work at. The place is a revolving door and I worked there 1 1/4 year. I've had 5 quality mangers in that time. 3 got fired 2 quit. 3 HR people, 20 + machinist, Engineering completly changed over 2 times, 5 cnc programmers. I've never seen anything like it before. The owner Sean will get in a bad mood and go rip on everyone on the floor threatening to fire them, I've seen him fire people on the spot for no reason. The won't buy tools for the machines to make parts and if they do it takes months to get standard tools. Just a bad sceen there and I'm not sure how they stay open.
