Pros

I recently read all the reviews for the first time and I felt compelled to write one to provide a different perspective on the items receiving negative comments from clearly disgruntled former employees. I have 25+ years of experience working for companies of all sizes and I know that we are not without flaws, but the executive team is one of the best I have ever worked for. They are very generous when giving out compliments where compliments are due, but they also don’t hesitate to point out things that we can do better and they do it constructively. They are always positive and I believe that they truly care about each of us. There is a lot of pressure in working for an early stage company, but management tries hard to make it fun. I have attended several Christmas parties and company events and they were all great. And the most important thing to me is that underneath the fun and the laughter, you could see the effort the exec team and the office manager put in to want us to feel appreciated. Our pays and raises are competitive because we want to attract and retain top talent, and we want people feel valued. In addition to monetary compensation, management rewards employees thru many different forms such as providing us opportunities to expand our knowledge base and skill sets and encouraging us to explore new concepts and technologies. This is a company that deserves a thumbs up.

Cons

Competing priorities, but I accept this as part of the growing pains for a young company.

Pros

everyone I worked with really cared about the company and our customers, and was really helpful to supporting the clients.

Cons

too many silos, often doing double work because we were using two systems to track customers.
