As a company currently focused on the pandemic, needs are constantly changing and the work is fast-paced. We have the opportunity to make a significant impact, but that often requires flexibility and navigating uncertainty.
We value recent grads and all employees, working to give everyone opportunities for growth. As a company that has only been around for 18 months, we are still setting up our processes to allow employees to grow themselves as we continue to grow our business.
We are planning to have follow-up performance reviews in Sep 2021 for those who had initial reviews in Feb 2021. Also, effective Jan/Feb 2022, our new performance management system will help facilitate establishing goals, allow better tracking of progress made on those goals, and help support the communication process leading towards opportunities for growth. Finally, on an ongoing basis, we encourage employees and managers to keep an open dialogue regarding performance expectations.
