- Horrible upper management - HR sweeps your complaints and input under the rug - Doesn't follow laws for sick pay even after being notified - The lack of communication between all upper management and CLIA and Training is horrible. Everyone has a different expectation and will blame you for not knowing. - If you want your achievements and hard work to unnoticed then come work for them! - When you aren't on the clock you still have to answer your phone, check emails and app notifications, and attend meetings...but won't be paid cause it's not within your regular work hours.
