Pros
Each day at Curebase is exciting and rewarding, as our mission is to provide patients with more access and better experiences in clinical trials. In order to continue evolving our product and company to keep up with this ever-changing industry, the executive team hired experienced leaders in a variety of departments to help shape the future of Curebase, which has been a huge win for the company. From a cultural standpoint, there are employees from all over the world who get to virtually collaborate with each other everyday. The leadership team does a nice job of creating initiatives so that staff in different departments can get to know each other better. They recently implemented a program where employees can present projects they are working on to the entire company, in order to provide department visibility and a forum to recognize wins. Curebase offers an environment where your voice can be heard. The C-suite is super approachable and take a hands on approach. They are the first to raise their hands to help out in any situation where assistance is needed.
Cons
While it isn’t necessarily a con, if you prefer a more structured, corporate environment, Curebase might not be the best fit. Similar to many startups our size, the environment at Curebase is very fast paced. Processes often change to keep up with the market, so it is important employees can be flexible and open to this.
