Pros
Working out in the plants is pretty easy, there's a lot of down time and so long as you get your work done supervisors are pretty chill with you taking long breaks and extended lunches. Plenty of overtime if you want it, as most shifts have openings and the plant runs almost 24/7
Cons
Union environment has lead to a lot of workers feeling entitled and lazy, a lot of the older entrenched workers won't pull their weight, so expect to be working uphill to get things done if you supervisor isn't on the ball about keeping people in line.
