Cons
Upper management/SLT treats you like trash. They only care about making themselves look good. Making crazy decisions all the time. They pretend that they care about the safety of the employees but they truly do not. If safety delays manufacturing they will make up some lame excuse to continue. Also the SOPs seem to be a "suggestion" and are followed only when convenient. There is a very high turn over rate because this place does not know how to treat people correctly. There is no moving up unless you suck up to upper management. They will make promises at your interview only to make you stay in a department that you do not want to be in. Most of the people in upper management /SLT do not even have degrees and have no idea what they are doing. If you are looking for a job where you will complain about how miserable you are then this is the place for you.
