Pros

* benefits * title and most work duties sound impressive on a resume * good pay for someone who doesn’t have a degree * good job for someone still in school studying STEM

Cons

* very unorganized * communication is relayed at the last minute * no trainer on shift, therefore having to learn from co workers and later expected to know the process perfectly when improperly trained * night shift was expected to do more “sanitizing” than the day shift a task that isn’t even included in the job responsibilities * building is falling apart and maintenance is a joke * people are constantly leaving the company therefore vacancies are for roles on the lower paying end of the scale making it difficult to move up in the company despite having an engineering degree

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to hear from all team members, past and present, to implement future change. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We will continue to aim our efforts toward maintaining a lower than industry average attrition rate. Thank you, again, for your review.
