      Pros

      Corporate has replaced the previous leadership and is making significant investment into the facility. There is certainly a sense of change for the good. The new leadership is listens and wants to fix what has gone wrong for the last couple of year.

      Cons

      It is a journey, there continues to be challenges from the past poor leadership, but it is getting better each day.
