Don't do it. Don't apply.
The morale has plummeted with every passing year.
The current turnaround rate is 40% and steadily climbing, soon enough there won't be enough people to keep the place running.
Unfair, low pay, with pathetic yearly increases. Constantly cutting corners, making it an unsafe facility to work in, mentally and physically.
People are leaving every week, 2-5 a week. Many of the personnel that have left were thought to retire with the company. These were some of the senior members, 15-20 + years, with expertise in the field and department; they left due to the massive, negative, changes in the company and constant yelling (yes physical yelling & temper tantrums) from upper management.
From the few years I've worked for this company, I can write many paragraphs of all the red flags that must be acknowledged prior to employment with Curia.
Sometimes it feels that our pleads for help and worries to the management above are just jokes to the plethora of VPs and CEO (that's if they even make it up there - a lot of complaints die in the building because management are too afraid to speak up). They probably have a tally board or bingo sheet checking off all the complaints.
Imagine being worked to the point of mental breakdowns? Physical illnesses? This is happening, and is here to stay.
