Pros
Curia is a fast paced environment and you have to be flexible. Managers push you to learn a broad range of tasks, so if you don't want to specialist - this is a great place to learn complex analysis and grow within a GMP, Aseptic CDMO. The team is great and everyone is friendly with fun events.
Cons
Managers are busy doing their day job which makes their time limited to be handson with the team. Not all changes are explained which is difficult when priorities move. It is not the easiest to travel to if you don't have a car.
