      Pros

      Many of the team are nice and talented, although they seem trapped.

      Cons

      Incompetent senior management, they aren't leaders No diversity within the agency No one seems in control, creates huge daily stress Feels like an agency from 20 years ago, toxic and controlling culture Brand roster is incredibly dull Feels like agency is dying slowly No real flexibility, this is not a company set up for the future 'Benefits' package is a sham Office is impractical

      The location is the only thing going for it.

      The fact that this place is still standing truly astounds me. Very curious indeed... The 'Directors' are not only incompetent leaders, lacking in vision and growth prospects; they are also intensely rude and unkind. The website claims that 'Curious is made of the industry’s brightest and nicest people' - in reality is the complete opposite is true. My brief stint there was the most troubling and demotivating period of my working life. The testimonials of others unfortunate enough to work at Curious in recent years seem to suggest that not much has changed since then. My warning to both potential employees and Clients is to avoid at all costs. There is a reason this agency is little-known.
