Pros
Employees, managers, upper management... yes you have bad seeds in every apple but this is by far the best place i have ever worked! Awesome work schedule, paid holidays, no one rushes you to do anything and if you stay late or come in early you are compensated for it.
Cons
Some of the work is heavy and there is lots to learn but just like with everything else you get used to it.
