      Vacation Benefits are okay, 401k is great Work Life Balance is good

      Every company has their ups and downs. You treat your job as you would anything else. If you like it keep the grind going, if not move on. You can not make everyone happy along the way.

      Pros

      Lots to learn, you are provided with anything within reason you ask for. Friendly people and good management structure.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but the office is actually more than one and some aspects like HR are not locally at Round Rock
